Final Food Tasting and Detailing with Center Table Catering

Food Tasting!Wow! This is the best part of the wedding preps... I got to taste what we'll have for our wedding. They say that we should enjoy this because we will not be able to eat all the food that we chose on our wedding day because we'll be super busy on that day... so sad..

So this how it started. I scheduled our food tasting with Rina of Center Table and told her that we'll be having my sister and Niño's sister making us a total of four. Rina said to send her the menu that will be serve for the food tasting. I thought that all listed in the contract will be serve and we have to choose from it, we'll it's not. This is how it goes pala, we need to choose two menu per type (e.g. chicken bbq and garlic enfused for poultry selection) and those will be served. Niño and I agreed on the menu and we send it to Rina. On a Saturday, afternoon, we had our food tasting and detailing.

Our setup was like this, we will taste per variety and ask each one of us and vote which among the selection was good. I was always late to vote because i was so slow to eat and to think. The reason is because I am really enjoying their food. It keeps passing through my mind the that " Kainin ko na to kasi sa wedding d ko na makakain to lahat" that's why I'm always late that they are already int eh meat selection while I'm still in the pasta selection.

Pre-nup Venue Ocular-Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife

Another pre-nup venue visit, this time it's The Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife. When I asked Niño to check this place out, I was also expecting to see fire trees in this place. After our ocular, I realized that the place registered in my mind when i researched on the places with lots of fire trees..is in UP Diliman. Anyways, this is also a nice place.

During our ocular, we also shoot the additional part of our Save The Date Video. The part when we were sitting in a tree bench, looking out in the lake while Niño is pointing out somewhere and then i put down my head on his shoulder... that scene.

It is our first time to see this park. There are lots of people doing their photo-shoot. We've seen some in cost-play costume, students, perhaps models as i observed them and engagement or pre-nuptial shoot. According to our photographer, there is no permit and fee for photo-shoot, you just need to pay the entrance fee. So this is another version of Ecopark but I like this better because they have lots of big Balete tree with super big body which I think would be a good background for pictorial and I like their lagoon area. What I just didn't like are the number of people doing their shoots at the same time. I even didn't got the chance to take pictures near the Lagoon because it is really hard to get the best timing with numbers of persons in that place.

Save the Date - Version 1

Here is the result of our shooting in Ecopark. This video is directed, produced, video-graphed and edited by Niño himself. He placed the SLR on top of the grass because we didnt had our tripod that time. We'll i guess it is not obvious. I like our video.

The idea on this video was to see us sitting in a park with green scenery and flowers while chatting and doing some sweet moves. Nino doesn't like that idea so we switched to the both of us walking sweet together. ...I even asked him to fix my hair as if he is so conscious with my looks. ..

I told him that I want to make use of the lacoste watch that we bought a year ago supposedly for our save the date picture but we weren't able to execute it anymore. 

The video with the watch and frame was shot in his apartment.  We cannot use his SLR to capture the gocus of the ring and the watch so we used his iphone taping that scene. The date of our wedding will be represented by the numbers in the watch and we adjusted the time for our exact wedding ceremony which is 2:00pm.
